James R. Andary graduated from Michigan State University in 1968 with a B.A. in Financial Administration and from the University of Detroit Law School in 1971. He established the Andary Law Firm in 1971 when he was admitted to the State Bar of Michigan. He is licensed to practice in all Michigan courts, in the Federal District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan, and in the Federal Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals.

James R. Andary has practiced law in Michigan for over 40 years and has extensive litigation and trial experience in both civil and criminal areas of the law. During the last several years, he has worked extensively in Employment and Labor Law. His work includes collective bargaining consultation, arbitration, grievance litigation, and labor law litigation.

Additionally, his work has focused on business and corporate transactions, including representation of a wide variety of entities and businesses that are on the cutting edge of technological innovation.
James R. Andary regularly represents labor unions and their members, public and private sector groups and organizations (both for-profit and non-profit), and all different types of business entities—working hard to provide his clients with the expertise needed to manage and solve their daily legal challenges.

Raymond J. Andary, graduated from Michigan State University with a Bachelor of Science in 1977 (High Honors – Phi Kappa Phi National Honor Society). He graduated from Wayne State University Law School and was admitted to the practice of law in 1980. He tried his first case two weeks later and received a favorable jury verdict for his injured client. He has devoted his career to representing injured individuals and has specialized in representing injured workers in Workers Compensation cases.

Raymond is a member of the State Bar of Michigan, the Macomb County Bar Association, and the Michigan Association for Justice. He has been admitted to practice law in Courts throughout the State of Michigan, and has been admitted to the practice in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan and the United States Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals

Jeffrey R. Davis graduated from Catholic Central High School in 1985. Upon graduation, he attended Michigan State University. In 1989, Jeffrey obtained a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science/Pre-Law. Jeffrey then obtained a Juris Doctorate Degree from the University of Detroit School of Law in 1992. Jeffrey has been an attorney with the law firm since passing the Bar Exam in November, 1992; and subsequently, was named Partner in 2003.

Jeffrey is a member of the State Bar of Michigan and the Macomb County Bar Association. He has been admitted to practice in Courts throughout the State of Michigan, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan, and the United States Court of Appeals – Sixth Circuit.

James G. Andary, II, graduated from Fordham University in 1999. In 2002, he graduated from Michigan State University College of Law. While attending MSU College of Law, he received the Jurisprudence Achievement Award in Mergers and Acquisitions; was an Executive Board Member for Moot Court; and participated in Moot Court Trial Advocacy competitions throughout the country.

James is a member of the State Bar of Michigan and admitted to practice in Courts throughout the entire State of Michigan, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan, and the United States Court of Appeals, Sixth Circuit. He is a member of the Macomb County Bar Association; and a member of the Family Law and Labor & Employment Law Sections of the State Bar of Michigan.

James also holds a Certificate of Completion in the area of Family Law issued by the Institute of Continuing Legal Education and the Family Law Section of the State Bar of Michigan.

Jennifer A. Andary graduated from New York University in 1997 (Cum Laude – National Founder’s Society Honors).

Prior to attending Law School, Ms. Andary had the honorable experience in teaching grade school/middle school and Special Education classes throughout the inner-cities of New York before a more permanent position teaching eighth grade Special Education in South-West Philadelphia.

In 2002, she graduated from Thomas M. Cooley School of Law. Throughout her studies in Law School, Ms. Andary achieved and obtained numerous awards.

After Law School, Jennifer joined the Macomb County Prosecutor’s Office where she successfully prosecuted Life-Offense Felonies, Lesser Felonies, and Misdemeanors. She became Chief of the Domestic Violence and Child Abuse Unit where she remained until she joined the Law Firm of Andary, Andary, Davis and Andary.

Jennifer is a member of the State Bar of Michigan and admitted to practice in Courts throughout the entire State of Michigan.

Raymond J. Andary, Jr. graduated from Wayne State University with a Bachelor of Public Affairs in 2006 (Summa Cum Laude – Phi Beta Kappa National Honor Society). He then graduated from Wayne State University Law School with a Juris Doctorate degree in 2011 (Cum Laude). While in law school, Ray won several awards, including the Best Appellate Brief Award, the Silver Key award for academic excellence, and a Best Oralist award for WSU Law’s Moot Court competition. Ray was also chosen to compete in the Evan A. Evans Moot Court Competition in Madison, Wisconsin.

Ray has been admitted to practice law in Courts throughout the State of Michigan and has been admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan. He is a member of the State Bar of Michigan, the Macomb County Bar Association, the Wayne County Criminal Defense Bar Association, and the Michigan Association for Justice.
